The Machan, a tree residence review nearby Lonavala, is organising a three-day yoga shelter in partnership with a wellness organization Anahata Retreats.

The weekend will underline sessions by yoga clergyman and neuropathy healer Jehangir Palkivala, and Kundalini Yoga guru and owner of Anahata Retreats, Bijay Anand. “This is an event to spend 3 days with one of a best teachers we have in India. The shelter is a good place to accommodate pleasing souls and emanate low holds with others seeking middle peace,” says Anand.

The report involves morning yoga during 7 am; a two-hour asana session; a respirating and prana class, and a speak on kitchen remedies and cures. Participants will also get a possibility to ask questions and find answers for their many health and wellness issues. And, a food and drinks served will be done regulating uninformed mixture and gripping in mind a yoga philosophy.
