Singer Kanika Kapoor had a bustling 2016 with back-to-back releases all by a year. Perhaps, that’s a reason she has been unwinding for a final few days. She was holidaying in Thailand progressing this month, and some-more recently, toured Barcelona.

hitlist has learnt that a thespian dined with Latin-American cocktail artist Shakira as good as Argentine footballer Lionel Messi and his partner, Antonella Roccuzzo.

Talking about her fan-girl moment, Kanika says, “I met Shakira during a common friend’s residence in Barcelona. She was really comfortable and friendly. We cold over dinner.”
A prolonged discuss on song was though inevitable. “Apart from deliberating a babies, we also talked about Indian music. we told her we sing for Bollywood films, and she pronounced she loves a sitar,” Kanika adds.
