Don’t worry about being fat, be happy, says US author Lindy West

“As prolonged as we can remember, we am fat. Some day, we am going to be thin, maybe an hypothetical future. we was dynamic not to be fat forever,” says American author Lindy West in a 67-minute podcast patrician Tell Me I’m Fat. With over a third of Americans diagnosed as obese, weight is a categorical subject to debate. What if we are already fat? Just omit it, or revoke a calorie intake? West, whose work mostly focuses on cocktail culture, amicable media and humour, says it could be a polite, open secret.

“It’s expected that we am going to be fat forever. Why am we not reckoning out how to be happy rather than counting omens?” says West, in a podcast desirous by her book, Shrill. The early chapters tell stories of illusory characters being, “fat, loud, irrational, violent, overbearing, constantly attack a hedgehog with a flamingo.” Linda stayed home when her friends went biking, movement and hiking though she believes there is zero called overweight.

“No weight is improved than any weight. But relocating in this universe being a fat, large chairman is hard. we take adult a lot of space and we am constantly knocking people off with my butt,” smiles West, who once pennyless a chair. “I was on high warning though well, afterwards we listened a chair make a terrible noise. Being fat confirms a lot of things — we are a hulk and a seat can't withstand you,” she points. To many, being fat is some-more than a dignified issue. Listen to a shave on YouTube and stop judging fat people. They are humans too.
