The US yesterday pronounced it has told Islamabad clearly that Hafiz Saeed is a “terrorist” and should be prosecuted to a fullest border of a law, reacting strongly to Pakistan Prime Minister’s remarks that there was no box opposite a Mumbai conflict mastermind.
Reacting strongly to Abbasi’s comments, State Department orator Heather Nauert said: “We trust that he should be prosecuted to a fullest border of a law. He is listed… due to his connection with Lashkar-e-Taiba, that is a designated unfamiliar apprehension organisation,” pronounced Nauert. Responding to a doubt about Abbasi’s remarks, Nauert said, “We courtesy him as a terrorist, a partial of a unfamiliar militant organisation. He was a mastermind, we believe, of a 2008 Mumbai attacks that killed many people, including Americans as well,” she said.
