Tragically Hip thespian Gord Downie dies of mind cancer

Gord Downie, a frontman of a Canadian rope Tragically Hip, has died after losing his conflict with cancer. He was 53.

According to a post on a band’s central website, a thespian breathed his final on Tuesday.

The thespian was pang from glioblastoma, an incorrigible form of mind cancer that was detected after he underwent a seizure in Dec 2015. He died surrounded by his children and family, according to a statement.

“Gord knew this day was entrance – his response was to spend this changed time as he always had – creation music, creation memories and expressing low thankfulness to his family and friends for a life good lived, mostly sealing it with a kiss… on a lips,” review a statement.

The group’s flourishing members embody Paul Langlois, Rob Baker, Gord Sinclair and Johnny Fay.

Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau, who also happens to be a longtime fan of a band, gave a intense reverence to Downie.
