Pop lane ‘Macarena’ celebrates 20 year anniversary

Los Angeles: Cult celebration strain “Macarena” is celebrating a 20th anniversary.

The familiar lane initial seemed on 1993 manuscript A mi me gusta by Spanish twin Los del Rio, though became a mainstream strike when producers a Bayside Boys remixed it with English lyrics.

It surfaced charts around a world, including a Billboard Hot 100, where it stayed for 14 weeks.

Antonio Romeo Monge and Rafael Ruiz of Los del Rio, who have been behaving together given 1962, are still impressed with a support “Macarena” receives after it became a go-to jam for weddings, sporting events, bar mitzvah and even a Democratic convention, reported Billboard magazine.
