Los Angeles: Veteran singer Meryl Streep and filmmaker JJ Abrams are collaborating for a new TV show.
The twin will furnish a singular array formed on Nathan Hill’s dermatitis novel “The Nix”. The Oscar-winning singer is also approaching to play a lead purpose for a project.
The story centers around Samuel Andresen-Anderson, a college highbrow whose disloyal mom reappears decades after abandoning a family, carrying committed an absurd crime that incites a media frenzy.
Abrams will furnish underneath his Bad Robot banner, that is also behind HBO’s arriving “Westworld” adaptation. He also served as an executive writer on Showtime’s Cameron Crowe dramedy “Roadies,” CBS’ “Person of Interest” and Hulu’s “11.22.63.”
