ISLAMABAD: The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has to compensate Rs6.944 billion to a Pakistan State Oil (PSO) on comment of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) reserve after a nation started importing a gas in Mar final year, suggested officials in a Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources.

As per a procedure, they simplified that energy plants were creation payments to SNGPL, that needs to brazen a payments to PSO for squeeze of LNG.

“The association pays to PSO all collections perceived from RLNG consumers and it has paid Rs82.768 billion opposite invoiced volume of Rs89.712 billion,” a officials added.

In a final month, SNGPL paid Rs8.981 billion to PSO, while a remaining volume would be paid on collection of a billed volume from Regasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) consumers.
