Kendra Harrison Breaks World Record during London Anniversary Games

According to “Mirror,” Kendra Harrison, 28, of a United States, obliterated a universe record in a 100-meter hurdles during a London Anniversary Games on Jul 22, 2016. Kendra’s startling feat cracked a universe record with her time clocked during 12.20 seconds.

The athlete’s time was one-hundredth of a second faster than a record set by her Bulgarian predecessor, Yordanka Blagoeva, in 1988. Although Harrison only pennyless a longstanding record of Blagoeva’s, a contestant will not be attending a Rio Olympics subsequent month, due to not being quick adequate during a U.S. Olympic trials.

Earlier this season, Harrison ran a 12.24, though finished sixth during a trials. Harrison told BBC that after her detriment during a Olympic trials that she was unequivocally dissapoint and wanted to attend a London Anniversary Games so she could uncover what she could have done. Harrison went on to contend she had punish on her mind and wanted to uncover a girls what she had, though she wishes a girls in Rio good luck.

Harrison was 0.37 seconds faster than her U.S. teammate, Brianna Rollins, who came in second during 12.57 seconds. Kristi Castlin, came in during 12.59 seconds, rounding out an American trio, 1-2-3 holding a wins.
