JK Rowling requests fans to not buy stolen Harry Potter prequel

A singular Harry Potter prequel has been stolen. In 2008, Rowling wrote an 800-word manuscript, on dual sides of an A5 postcard, for a gift auction, that has been stolen. The author took to Twitter and requested fans, “PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS IF YOU’RE OFFERED IT. Originally auctioned for @englishpen, a owners upheld writers’ freedoms by behest for it.”
