J&K CM Mufti urges PM Modi to open discourse ‘to reanimate wounds of Kashmiri people’

New Delhi: Facing a month-long turmoil and assault in a state JK CM Mehbooba Mufti yesterday urged PM Narendra Modi to open a discourse routine with a people of a state.
