IS claims shortcoming for Istanbul attack, manhunt for assailant continues

Ankara: The Islamic State (IS) apprehension organisation on Monday claimed shortcoming for a New Year conflict on a Turkish nightclub that killed 39 people, while a manhunt for a sole gunman continues.
