Iran releases 15 Indian fishermen: Sushma Swaraj

New Delhi: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Monday pronounced that Iran has expelled 15 Indian fishermen who were incarcerated with their Bahraini boats final year.
“I am happy to surprise that Iran has expelled a 15 fishermen from Tamil Nadu. They were incarcerated with their 3 Bahraini boats,” Swaraj tweeted.
“I conclude a good work by Indian Embassy in Iran,” she added.
The fishermen, operative for some Baharainians, were incarcerated for entering a Iranian waters but permission.
They were pronounced to be cramped to their boats given their detain on Sep 22.
