Kolkata: Former India all-rounder Robin Singh believes he has a certification to manager a Indian cricket group and hence practical for a post.

“I have a knowledge and also fit into a required criteria laid down by a Indian cricket board. we trust we have a certification for a post and that is because we practical for it,” Robin told mid-day yesterday.
