San Francisco: An unborn hummingbird is removing in a approach of a large overpass plan in a San Francisco Bay area.

The find of a nest and egg in a tree is stalling a start of upgrades on a Richmond-San Rafael Bridge about 30 miles north of San Francisco, officials said.

The species, Anna’s Hummingbird, is stable underneath a Migratory Bird Treaty Act that forbids a dismissal of a egg and offers other protections to birds.

The nest — about half a distance of a fist — was detected about a week ago when work was set to begin. It was found on a Richmond side of a $70 million overpass project, in one of about dual dozen trees that were to be private to dilate a freeway, officials said.

The egg could check work on a overpass for a few weeks
