Prep time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

1. 3Kg Mawa(if hariyali mawa is good texture)
2. 1.5 Kg sugarine or supplement as per taste
3. 200 Gm. Cardamom powder
4. 10 Gm. Saffron
5. 200 Gm. Ghee for Modak greasing

Method:
1. Heat vessel in low fire and put mawa on it. As a mawa starts melting, keep stirring it on low flame.
2. When a mawa starts to warp supplement sugarine in it and stir again.
3. When a mawa starts bubbling, supplement cardamom and saffron in a mixture.
4. Keep stirring on low fire until a reduction starts withdrawal a bottom of pan.
5. Transfer a reduction into a large play and wait for it to cool.
6. Place a mixer on a greased image and cover it in a figure of a modak.
7. Garnish with saffron on tip and a Mawa Modak is prepared to be served
