“India learnt from press reports that a genocide judgment was awarded to Jadhav on a basement of an purported confession. Pakistan has not supposing a chargesheet, any papers on a box notwithstanding steady requests,” Mittal told a court.

V.D. Sharma, a Joint Secretary in a External Affairs Ministry and co-agent, pronounced Pakistan had unsuccessful to approve with all a authorised obligations by denying consular entrance to Jadhav ever given he was arrested in Mar 2016.
