MULTAN: A mom of 5 was killed allegedly by her father in Sahiwal for filing for divorce, military pronounced on Friday. The think has been arrested.
According to a police, Najma Parveen, 45, proprietor of Jahaz Ground, had filed a divorce case. Her father Nadeem had wanted her to repel a box though she had refused to do so.
Police pronounced he had threatened her with apocalyptic consequences unless she withdrew a case. On Thursday night, he had again pulpy her to repel a case. When she refused, he had shot her, ensuing in her evident death.
Neighbours had collected on conference a gunshots and had called a police. Station House Officer (SHO) Rana Zahid had visited a crime stage and later, purebred a censure of Abrar, son-in-law of a deceased.
The SHO told journalists that a physique had been sent to a District Headquarters Hospital for postmortem hearing . He pronounced that Nadeem had been arrested and a review was underway.
Abrar pronounced that Nadeem used to kick his wife. “She had been vital during my residence for a final month. Nadeem had threatened to kill her, if she did not repel a case. When she did not determine with him, he killed her,” he added.
