Anurag Thakur
New Delhi: The dismissal of Anurag Thakur as a Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) boss was a judicious effect by a Supreme Court, Justice RM Lodha pronounced after a outcome yesterday.
“Once committee’s reforms were supposed by a Supreme Court in a Jul 18 order, it had to be implemented. This is a judicious consequence. There were obstructions and apparently this had to occur and it has happened. One should know that once a sequence of a Supreme Court has come, it has to be obeyed. It is law of a land,” Lodha told a media in New Delhi yesterday.
Lodha also pronounced it was a feat for a sports in India generally for cricket.
“It is feat for cricket. The diversion will flourish. Administrators come and go though a diversion goes on. we wish and wish it acts as a template for other sports organisations as well,” combined Lodha.
He pronounced a Supreme Court’s sequence would lead to transparency, burden and good governance in cricket.
The former arch probity pronounced a justice sequence on Jul 18 had to be “implemented and obeyed”.
“The Panel had submitted 3 reports before a Supreme Court, even afterwards it wasn’t implemented,” he said.
