Whosoever breaks it should be punished. However, if it (Bill) is not in a light of Quran and a Constitution, no Muslim lady will accept it,” All India Muslim Women Personal Law house (AIMWPLB) chairperson Shaista Amber said.

“I had sent a minute to a Law Commission requesting it to uncover a breeze check to a All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB), AIMWPLB, Jamait Islami, Jamiat Ulma-e-Hind and organisations operative for women who were given talaq. we got a respond that if needed, it will be discussed though that did not happen,” she added.
