9-yr-old lady found passed in bathtub, stepmom held

New York: A nine-year-old Indian girl, Ashdeep Kaur, was found passed in a bathtub with bruises on her physique in her house, with military charging her step-mother for allegedly slaying her on Friday.
Ashdeep had changed to Queens from India only 3 months ago and lived with her father Sukhjinder Singh and her stepmother Arjun Samdhi Pardas along with another couple.
The housemate had seen Ashdeep going in a lavatory with Pardas, who after came out alone and left a building. She allegedly pronounced that Ashdeep was holding a bath.
When Ashdeep did not come out, a housemate checked and detected her routine physique in a bathtub that had no water. Police found Pardas several hours after during another location.
