Southern Peach Cooler

Ingredients
Maker’s Mark Bourbon 1 part
DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps Liqueur 3/4 partial
Sweet and green mix
Orange juice
Lime soda

Method
Combine mixture solely orange soda in a blending tin and shake energetically with no ice. Pour over ice into a high potion and tip it with a orange soda. Garnish with an orange and a orange wedge.

Pomme de Tomato and Celery

Ingredients
White rum 60 ml
Fresh apple 1
Tomato extract 100 ml
Salt 10 gm
Lime crowd 1
Celery 1 hang (to garnish)

Method
Blend all a mixture together.
Garnish with celery stick.
Serve chilled.

Earth Cooler — Cucumber and Mint

Ingredients
Vodka 60 ml
Fresh cucumber 1
Fresh packet 10 gm
Lime extract 15 ml
Salt 10 gm
Water 100 ml

Method
Blend all a mixture together.
Serve chilled.

Sauza Exotic Kiwi Crush

Ingredients
Large kiwis, spotless and peeled 2
Fresh orange juice
Sauza Tequila ½ cup
Fine sugarine ½ cup
Crushed ice

Method
Combine a kiwi, Sauza Tequila, sugarine and orange extract in a blender. Add ice cubes and mix until it gets smooth. Pour cocktail in a potion and ornament with a kiwi.

The Blind Tiger Shaken

Ingredients
Tai basil leaves 6
Ginger syrup 7 ml
Fresh pulpy pineapple extract 45 ml
Havana Club 3-year-old rum 60 ml

Method
Add all mixture in a shaker, supplement ice and shake vigorously.
Using a hawthorn strainer, aria and flow essence over uninformed ice cubes in a glass. Garnish with Tai basil sprig.
