Sri Lanka PM proposes to make president, cupboard responsible to parliament

Sri Lanka’s Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe pronounced on Sunday his supervision was operative on amending a structure to make a boss and cupboard accountable to parliament.

Sri Lanka has been rocked by protests due to an rare financial crisis, that culminated in a abdication of former Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa and his cupboard this month. Wickremesinghe has affianced to repair issues that led to a crisis.
