Shooting on Lake Shore Drive Critically Wounds Vehicle Occupant

A 19-year-old lady is a plant of a sharpened in Chicago on Sunday, Oct. 11, 2020. The occurrence took place on South Shore Drive nearby The Loop, according to Chicago Sun-Times.

ShootingReports prove a occupants of dual vehicles were involved. At about 1:20 p.m. CT, a plant was inside a white Dodge Caliber roving north on South Shore Drive. When they stopped on Jackson, a second automobile pulled adult alongside a Caliber.

Words were exchanged. A newcomer in a back of a second automobile dismissed a shot attack a plant in her head. The Caliber sped off and exited nearby Navy Pier.

Chicago military officers were dispatched and a plant was rushed to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She is in vicious condition.

The sharpened is now underneath review by Area 3 detectives.

CBS News reports during slightest 47 shootings in Chicago over a final 48 hours. The initial occurred on Friday, Oct. 8 during 6:45 p.m. — a 13-year-old child shot in a leg.

The latest sharpened happened on Sunday, Oct. 11 during about 6:50 p.m. —  4 people were shot while sitting in a vehicle; one fatally. Three others mislaid their lives to gun assault this past weekend.
