Sandra Bland Who Died in Police Custody, Filmed Her Traffic Stop [Graphic Video]

BlandSandra Bland, a African American lady who died while in military control after being pulled over for a slight trade stop, was released.

The footage filmed was from Jul 10, 2016, was expelled by WFAA, a radio hire located in Dallas.

The 39-second shave showed Trooper Brian Encinia from a Texas State military revelation Bland that he designed on boring her out of her automobile when she questions because she was stopped.

Encinia screams during Bland to get out of her car, or he would light her up. Bland continued to film a occurrence as he opens her doorway and she exits.

Encinia points his jolt gun during Bland to get off a phone to that she responded she was not vocalization on a phone; she was recording him that she has a right to do.

The video ends abruptly after she is told again to put down a phone.

Shante Needham, Bland’s sister, demanded that a box be non-stop again once she saw a video.

Encinia was indicted on a perjury assign over a incident. The perjury assign was eventually forsaken after a guard concluded he would never work in any ability in law enforcement.

Twenty-eight-year-old Bland died 3 days after she was taken into control on Jul 13, 2015. Her genocide has strictly been ruled a suicide.
