Police Charge Man With Shooting Woman in Missouri

Police have charged Andrew Buckingham — age 31 — with first-degree murder, tampering with evidence, and armed rapist movement for a sharpened genocide of 30-year-old Sharita Ariel Brooks. On Monday, Jan. 18, 2021, officers found Brooks with a gunshot wound in her head.
