Forty-nine-year-old Rauquaia Hale-Wallace is one of those homeless people. She is lerned as an show thespian and her father has a pursuit in a travel industry.

After Hale-Wallace graduated high school, she went to Italy to perform while she was in college. Despite carrying a college degree, she has struggled to find unchanging work.

Now she has been diagnosed with arthritis and diabetes and things have turn gradually worse. Her family had to leave an unit that was unsafe. They finished adult vital in a church, though after 6 years, they were told they had to move.

Her family changed to a preserve in Uptown until a gift classification helped her family pierce into an apartment. There is wish and there is help.
