Nathan Sutherland Accused of Impregnating Incapacitated Patient Appeals HIV Test

SutherlandNathan Sutherland, a former protected unsentimental nurse, employed by Hacienda Healthcare who have been charged with raping a lady who was incapacitated during a health trickery located in Phoenix has filed an interest opposite a justice sequence requiring him to take an HIV exam and other tests last if he has intimately transmitted diseases.

Sutherland’s counsel Edwin Molina pronounced in a interest that was filed asked for a sequence be overturned given there is no justification suggesting Sutherland has intimately transmitted diseases. It also violates his inherent rights opposite an irrational hunt and seizure.

Prosecutors quoted a state law that says, people who have allegedly committed passionate assault, could be tested for intimately transmitted diseases. The exam formula would be given to a victims.

Thirty-seven-year-old Sutherland is pronounced to have been operative during Hacienda Healthcare when he allegedly raped his plant who was 29-years-old. The lady had been staying during a trickery given she was 3 years aged after she became incapacitated after scarcely drowning.

The lady gave birth to a child on Dec. 29, 2018. Staff during a trickery pronounced they were unknowingly a plant was pregnant.

Law coercion says DNA from Sutherland is a compare to a baby boy, who lives with a woman’s family. Sutherland has pleaded not guilty.
