China’s Xi congratulates Putin on win, set to rise their ties

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday congratulated Vladimir Putin on winning another tenure as Russia’s boss and pronounced China was set to say tighten communication with Russia to foster their partnership, according to Chinese state media.

Putin won a record post-Soviet landslide in Russia’s election on Sunday, cementing his parsimonious hold on energy in a feat he pronounced showed Moscow had been right to mount adult to a West and send a infantry into Ukraine.
