“Back in a ’70s, homemakers would emanate fibre art patterns as a hobby. It’s creation a quip as an art form,” says Aliasgar Sabuwala of Inkspire, who will control a seminar with artists Tanvi Jadhav and Pradnya Ghate who run Strings Attached. “First, a guest will be taught how to produce nails on a bottom house to emanate a settlement pattern. Then, they need to hang a string, geometrically or whirl it incidentally to form a filigree work. It’s utterly elementary and fun once we know how to do it,” he adds.
