Hewlett Packard is initiating a intentional worldwide reserve remember and deputy program. The lithium-ion batteries for specific laptops could overheat and they poise a hazard of glow to customers.
The batteries were sole between Dec 2015 an Dec 2017. The batteries for a following inclination have been recalled:

Not all batteries from these computers are affected. Owners can run a HP Validation Utility Software to know if their battery has been recalled. For owners of computers that are affected, it is endorsed a laptop be placed in Battery Safety Mode so a device can be used safely but a battery.
