Actor Irrfan Khan won a Filmfare Best Actor in Leading Role (Male) endowment for ‘Hindi Medium’ while Vidya Balan bagged a Filmfare Best Actor in Leading Role (Female) Award for ‘Tumhari Sulu’ during a 63rd Jio Filmfare Awards.

Meher Vij won a Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Female) for ‘Secret Superstar’. Actress Zaira Wasim won a Critics’ Award for Best Actor (Female) for a same film.

Amit V. Masurkar bagged a Best Original Story Award for his Oscar-nominated film ‘Newton’. a film ‘Newton’ also won a Filmfare Critics Award for Best Film. ‘Hindi Medium’ won a Best Film (popular) Award.

Like final year, Jio Filmfare endowment rite has combined special space for celebrating brief films. this year, Jackie Shroff won a Best Actor in Short Film Award for ‘Khujli’. Neeraj Ghaywan won a Best Short Film Award for ‘Juice’.

Iconic strain composer and thespian Bappi Lahiri won a Jio Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award. Actress Vidya Balan, who handed over a endowment to a legend, mentioned: “It’s a really special impulse for me. Bappi has given a many successful strain of my career.”

After receiving a award, a strain composer said: “Thank we Jio Filmfare. we am really happy. we would like to dedicate it to my parents, mother and my full family. It’s a tough work of 46 years.”
