26/11 attacks designer Hafiz Saeed indicted on apprehension financing charges by Pakistani court

Islamabad (Pakistan): An anti-terrorism justice in Pakistan on Wednesday indicted Mumbai apprehension conflict designer Hafiz Saeed on apprehension financing charges.

The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) of a Punjab Police on Jul 17 purebred 23 FIRs opposite Saeed and his accomplices on a charges of “terror financing” in opposite cities of Punjab range and arrested a Jammat-ud-Dawah (JuD) chief. He is incarcerated during a Kot Lakhpat jail.

The cases have been purebred in Lahore, Gujranwala and Multan for collection of supports for apprehension financing by assets/properties done and hold in a names of Trusts/Non-Profit Organisations (NPO) including Al-Anfaal Trust, Dawatul Irshad Trust, and Muaz Bin Jabal Trust.

Under vigour from a general community, a Pakistani authorities have launched investigations into matters of a LeT, JuD and a gift wing Falah-e-Insaniat Foundation (FIF) for their holding and use of trusts to lift supports for terrorism financing.

Saeed-led JuD is believed to be a front organization for a LeT that is obliged for carrying out a 2008 Mumbai conflict that killed 166 people.
